The picture from our annual sports awards assembly are below. During this assembly we celebrate all of the fantastic sporting achievements from throughout the year, as well as announcing the winners from our school games afternoon.

This year has been our most successful sporting year ever! To recognise this, we were recently awarded the Gold Kite Mark for our commitment to PE and school sport.

This year children have represented Arno Vale in the following sports:

Tag Rugby
Lacrosse
Football (Girls and Boys)
Netball
High 5
Handball
Tennis
Boccia
Basketball
Cricket
Dodgeball
Athletics

We have entered 16 pathway events, numerous friendlies/festival events and reached a record of 8 county finals.

During the assembly, many awards were received including:

Sports Personality of the Year (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
Team of the Year - Boys Football Team
Endeavour Cup
Special Recognition of Sportsmanship
Spirit of the Games Awards
Sprint Race Medalist (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
School Games Class Winner- 6S
